International Sales Coordinator 

Reports to: Head of International Sales

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES (other tasks may be assigned) 

 Monitors and maintains all aspects of contract/deal servicing including:

-Entering all new and pre-existing sales contracts into FILM TRACK database and ensuring that the database is kept up to date.

-Ensure technical and promotional materials are delivered correctly and on time

-Follow up with accounting to ensure invoices are sent and payments received on time

-Follow up with clients to ensure royalty reports are received on time.

 Send preview DVDs or screening links to clients

 Maintains a central contact/client file and prepares accurate distribution lists for promotional mailings;

 Supports Director of International sales in coordinating market activities; when requested, travels to international markets.

Manages the agenda of Head of International Sales and Market Development; monitors schedules and deadlines; makes appointments and arranges meetings and conference calls as needed;

Responds to specific sales inquiries; conducts research (internal and external information sources) and provides documentation;

Compile statistics and reports as requested for internal staff or external producers

Researches and coordinates the rights and availability search required to prepare product offerings to US broadcast and international clients,

Supports Director of International Sales with implementation of festival strategy including:


-Tracking acceptance/passes in FILM TRACK

-Charging screening fees.


-Director/talent invites etc.

-Managing Press/Buyer Interest
