Anna Efanova @ Superfine! Art show

Anna Efanova is exhibiting at Superfine!
Anna was born in Russia and completed her education in Columbia University. She has exhibited mainly on the west coast and New York, as well as internationally. She has awards from national competitions and smaller museums. Her last residency was in France with the exhibition in Switzerland.

Many of her recent concepts are related to emotions and connections across borders and cultures. She is exhibiting a series of drawings where she is raising the questions about human connections by abstracting the imagery into a fusion of human faces with ‘the other’. These references are vague and will have multiple interpretations depending on the viewer's background.
